[amaran 60d S] Getting Started
Setting up and powering the amaran 60d S
Detaching /attaching the Protection Cover
Press the lever handle in the direction indicated by the arrow in the image. Then, turn the cover to remove it. Rotating it in the opposite direction will secure the protective cover in place.
WARNING
Always remove the protection cover prior to turning on the light. Always re-install the cover when packing it away.
Attaching/detaching the Reflector
Push the lever handle according to the arrow direction shown in the picture, and rotate the reflector into it. Rotating in the opposite direction pulls out the reflector.
Setting up the light
Adjust the lamp body to the appropriate height, rotate tie-down to fix the lamp body on the tripod, then adjust the lamp body to the required angel, and tighten the lock handle.
Soft light umbrella installation
Insert the soft light handle into the hole, then lock the locking knob.
The soft light umbrella sold separately.
Battery handle installation
Tighten the lamp body and the battery handle via 1/4 screw, then attach the battery plate or V-mount battery to the handle with the V-mount lock.
The battery sold separately.
Operations
Power ON/OFF
Press the power button to turn the light on and off.
