After attaching the softbox to the amaran 60x S, the light turns off in less than 10 minutes when operating at 100% brightness. What could be the issue?

The soft cloth is only designed for portable, temporary light softening. It is recommended to reduce the brightness to 60-70% when using it. For long-term light softening needs, a softbox is suggested.

What are the maximum size and weight specifications for mounting this product?

Generally, the size of the attached accessory should be within 85cm, and its weight should not exceed 2.5kg.
