The device locks boost mode to only 4000-5000k.

It is generally recommended to limit a single light string to 12 fixtures or fewer. This minimizes risks and reduces the troubleshooting work required when issues arise. Therefore, we advise you to daisy-chain no more than 12 fixtures.

The Ace fails to power on at low temperatures.The interface freezes and becomes unresponsive.

If the device still gets stuck on the warning interface after a restart, please refer to the following two solutions:
1. Leave the device idle for a period of time to allow it to warm up, then connect it to the app to update the firmware.
2. Force update the firmware with the following steps:
a. Ensure the device is powered off.
b. ① Press and hold the encoder and return button; ② Toggle the power switch on.
c. The Bluetooth serial number will appear, indicating that the forced firmware update mode has been activated.
d. Select the corresponding Bluetooth serial number on the app and establish the connection.
