CAN THE AMARAN PIXEL TUBES BE CHARGED WHILE USING DMX CONTROL?

Alongside the amaran Pixel Tubes, we are releasing a USB-C to DMX Adapter with USB-C Input, which is sold separately or is included in the PT2c and PT4c 2-Light Production Kits. With its additional USB-C Input, users can charge the Pixel Tubes via USB while simultaneously achieving wired DMX control.

IS THERE AN EXTERNAL BATTERY UNIT USED TO POWER THE PIXEL TUBES?

Unlike the T2c and T4c, there is no external battery unit, such as a battery grip. Instead, the Pixel Tubes utilize internal batteries that can be recharged via USB-C.

HOW FAST CAN I CHARGE THE PT1C/PT2C/PT4C?

The amaran PT4c can charge using USB-C PD at a rate of up to 32W, resulting in a charge time of approximately 3 hours.

The amaran PT2c can charge using USB-C PD at a rate of up to 20W, resulting in a charge time of approximately 3 hours.

The amaran PT1c can charge at 5V/2A via USB-C and will charge in under 2 hours.

IS THE BATTERY ON THE AMARAN PT1C REPLACEABLE?
The 18650 Li-on battery in the amaran PT1c is replaceable. The battery compartment is secured with a star-bit screw for security, but the battery can be replaced with one of the same specifications.
