Firmware upgrade failed, and the screen shows a format error. What is the reason?

Firmware upgrade only supports USB disk with FAT16 and FAT32 storage formats. Using an USB disk with incompatible storage format will cause the screen to display a format error and return to the main menu. Please replace it with a storage device that meets the format requirements and try upgrading again.
