Getting Started

You will need:

- Star screwdriver Sizes -  T8, T10, and T20 (or T15 depending on the unit)

- A pair of pliers

Removing the Yoke

Use the T20 to unscrew the left side of the yoke from the body of the lamphead
Once unscrewed, the yoke should come off freely.

Removing the Light from the Housing

Use the T8 to unscrew all of the screws around the screen/controls of the lamphead (there should be 4 in total.)

LS60YokeRepair-Step3

With these screws loose, you will be able to pull the light out of the housing.

LS60YokeRepair-Step4

We recommend grabbing/pulling by the Spot/Flood knob as it is the most secure point that runs through this section of the light.

With the light out of the housing, you should see on the inside a small nut and washer loose inside the lamphead housing. Take them out and set them aside.

Reattaching the Bolt to the housing

Use a T10 to unscrew the two screws securing the black rosette from the right side of the lamphead.

LS60YokeRepair-Step8

You may need to use a small flathead to pry the rosette loose to fully detach it.

LS60YokeRepair-Step9

Use pliers to unscrew the bolt screw from the red knob.

LS60YokeRepair-Step7

Take the screw from the red knob and find the end that is slightly flattened on each side. Insert this end into the rosette and secure it with the washer/nut that was found inside the lamphead.

LS60YokeRepair-Step10

With the bolt reattached to the rosette, resecure the rosette to the lamphead.

Finishing up

You can now put the light back in the housing and reattach the yoke.

LS60YokeRepair-Step12

It is important not to over tighten the long screws that secure the light to the housing as it can cause damage to the Screen and other electrical components, they should be snug, not tight.

With the yoke reattached, you can screw the red knob back on to secure it.
