IS THE 60X WEATHERPROOF?

Yes the 60x lamp heads and connectors are designed to be weatherproof. The lamp heads, however, cannot have an official IP rating per international standards. The power supply and Dual NP-F Battery Plate are not weatherproof.

WHAT IS THE FAN NOISE LEVEL OF THE LS 60X?

WHAT BEAM ANGLE SHOULD I USE WITH THE LS 60 SOFTBOX?

As the LS 60 Softbox has no internal baffle in order to maximize output, when used with an LS 60x, the fixture should be set to flood mode (45°) to reduce intense hotspots in the diffusion.

IS THE BEAM ANGLE ADJUSTMENT KNOB MECHANICAL OR ELECTRONIC?

The beam angle adjustment knob is mechanical.
