[MT Pro] FAQs
MT Pro Troubleshooting
CAN I INDIVIDUALLY CONTROL THE PIXELS ON THE MT PRO MANUALLY? OR DO I NEED EXTERNAL CONTROLS?
Users can access and activate different Pixel FX; however, individual control of all the pixels available in the MT Pro can only be accessed through external control protocols, like CRMX or DMX. This is to simplify the process of operating a compact fixture with a naturally smaller screen, as individual control over all the pixels would result in a very complex interface. For users who don’t need to access all 36 pixels at once, the MT Pro also comes programmed with a variety of DMX profiles that bundle the pixels into groups of 2, 3, 4, 6, and 9.
IS THE MT PRO WATERPROOF?
Unlike the much-anticipated MC Pro, the MT Pro does not feature a waterproof construction, largely due to the additional heat generated by the module that controls its high pixel density.
