Sidus Link Pro - Account Management

Create a new Sidus Link Pro Account or log in with existing credentials.

1. Sidus Link Pro Account

1.1 Account and Registration

Create a Sidus Link Pro account using your email or mobile phone number. Users can create a new account to log in, or log in directly using a Sidus Link® account.

1.1.1 Registration within the App

Registration steps:

  1. Download and install the Sidus Link Pro App.
  2. After successful installation, open the Sidus Link Pro App and click the side menu bar button in the upper left corner of the Folders page to open the side menu bar.

  1. Click the login button on the account card to open the login window.
  2. Click Create Account to enter the account registration page.

  1. Enter your email address or mobile phone number and click to get the verification code.
  2. Sidus Link Pro will send an email or message containing a verification code to the users email address or mobile phone number.
  3. Enter the verification code and create a password to complete the Sign Up process.

Notice:

  • Special symbols such as spaces and emoticons cannot be used as passwords.
  • The length of the password is 6~18 characters.
  • Due to different security settings of some email services, registered emails may be mistakenly blocked by the email system. Therefore, when you cannot receive the verification email normally, please check the blocked email inbox first. In addition, in order to receive Sidus Link Pro Beta related service emails in a timely manner, it is recommended to add the Sidus Link Pro email address as a trusted email address.

 

1.2 Account management

1.2.1 Personal Data

Users can modify personal information on the profile page.

  • Open the side menu bar and click on the Account Information card to enter the account settings page.
  • Click the profile option to edit your nickname, gender, position, email address, city, camera model, lighting equipment model, software used, workstation model and company information in your profile.
When complete, click the Save button to save your account information.

1.2.2 Account and Security

Users can change their login password and delete (logout) their account on the Account and Security page.

  • Click the Account and Security option to enter the Account and Security settings page.
  • Click to get the verification code and enter the verification code.
  • Choose a new password of 6 to 18 characters and click the Confirm button to save the password.

  • Click the Account and Security option to enter the delete account page.
  • Click to get the verification code and enter the verification code. Enter the account deletion agreement page.
  • Please read the agreement carefully. If you confirm that you want to delete your account, please click Agree and Delete. If you need to cancel the operation, click the Close button.

 

1.2.3 Sign Out

  • Click the Sign Out option to sign out of the current account.
  • After signing out, you will not be able to use Sidus Link Pro account specific features.

  • In order to sign out, you need to have an active internet connection.
