Diagram Master of Sidus Link Mobile

1. Demo Project

The Demo Project is for demonstration purposes only. It is for first-time users to understand how to use the Diagram Master™. Demo Project has the same features as the Regular project. There are saved lighting diagram in the Demo project, users can try the features like scene, shooting schedule, and fixture statistic without creating any lighting diagram. Users can delete the Demo project however users won't able to restore the deleted Demo project unless reinstall the App.

2. Project

Project is the elementary unit of the Diagram Master™. One project contains multiple script rolls(in the Regular project) or rolls(in the Agile project).

The Projects are arranged by the shooting time from early to late; the finished Projects will be reordered behind the unfinished Projects automatically; the finished Projects are arranged by the shooting time from early to late.

2.1 Project Management

2.1.1 Create a New Project

In the Diagram Master™, tap the "+" button then select project type (Regular Project or Agile project), fill in the project information (or skip) to create a new project. Tap the created project to check the script roll or rolls.

2.1.2 Delete the Project

In the Diagram Master™, select the project then tap the icon to delete. The deleted project is not able to restore.

2.1.3 Manage the Project Information

Enter the Diagram Master™ workspace, select the project, and click the icon button to manage the setting information. In the project management menu, users can mark the project as completed, share it with the collaboration, and modify the cover color.

  • Project details: Click the "Edit" button in the upper right corner to edit the project name, project time, and the information about the project producer, director, director of photography, lighting director, project type;
  • Mark as completed: Mark the project as completed, and the mark of "Finished" will be displayed on the cover to distinguish different projects;
  • Share to the collaboration group: Share projects to the collaboration group for your team members to view.

2.2 Regular Project

Users can create up to 20 script rolls in a Regular Project, and up to 20 scenes in a single script roll.

  • Create a new script roll: After entering the script roll, click the "+" button, select scene number range in the pop-up menu, or click "skip" to create a new scene. The script roll will arrange by the order of the creating time from early to late;
  • Delete script roll: Enter the script roll, select the scene then click the icon delete button below to delete the scene. Users cannot restore the scene after deletion;
  • Modify the script roll information. Enter the script roll, select the scene that needs to modify the setting information, click the icon button, and change the scene name or mark the scene as complete in the pop-up setting menu. The mark of "Finished" will be displayed on the cover. The finished script roll will arrange by the order of the creating time from early to late.

2.3 Shooting Schedule

In the Regular Project, click on the "Calendar" icon in the lower-left corner to enter the Shooting Schedule. Users can insert the saved lighting diagram into the shooting schedule. The shooting schedule will arrange by the order of the shooting time from early to late.

2.3.1 Create Shooting Schedule

Enter the Shooting Schedule then tap the "+" button, fill the information in the pop-up menu, or click "skip" to create a new Shoot Day.

2.3.2 Create new shoot days

After creating the new shooting schedule, there will be the scenes selection page. Tap the script rolls on the left side of the page to select the saved scenes. Selected scenes will light up and appear green, tap the "Done" button to insert the selected scenes and create a new shoot day.

Click the switch icon in the upper right corner of the scene to preview the scene. Users can select multiple scenes and insert them at once. Users can add more scenes via the Shoot days settings menu. The created shooting schedule will arrange by the order of the shooting time from early to late.

2.3.3 Delete the Shoot Day

Enter the Shooting Schedule, select the Shoot Day then click the icon delete button below to delete it. Users cannot restore the Shoot Day after deletion.

2.3.4 Manage the Shooting Schedule Settings

  • Enter the Shooting Schedule, select the Shoot Days, and click the icon button to manage the Shoot Day settings. In the Shoot Day settings menu, users can modify the Schedule Info, manage the scenes, and mark the Shoot Day as completed;
  • Shoot Day Info: Click the "Edit" button in the upper right corner to edit the Shoot Day name, unit crew, date, location, and adding a note;
  • Scenes Management: Users can add more scenes in the scenes management menu;
  • Mark as Completed: Mark the Shoot Day as completed. The mark of "Finished" will be displayed on the cover. The finished shooting schedule will arrange by the order of the shooting time from early to late.

2.4 Agile Project

The Agile Project doesn't have the Shooting Schedule feature. Users can create up to 20 rolls in the Agile project, and up to 20 scenes in a single roll.

2.4.1 Create new Roll in the Agile Project

In the Agile Project, click the "+" button to create a new scene. The created roll will arrange by the order of the creating time from early to late.

2.4.2 Delete the Roll in the Agile Project

In the Agile Project, select the scene then click the icon delete the button below to delete the scene. Users cannot restore the scene after deletion.

2.4.3 Manage the Roll Settings

In the Agile Project, select the scene that needs to modify the setting information, click the icon button to modify the scene name or mark the scene as complete. 2.5 Search and Filter

2.5.1 Search and Filter for the Projects

On the Project page, the icon Search and icon Filter buttons are in the upper right corner. Search with project name or crew name; in the Filter menu, users can find the project by select different Project types, Project creation date, and Project Status.

2.5.2 Search and Filter for the Script Roll/Roll

On the Script roll/roll page, the icon Search and icon Filter buttons are in the upper right corner. Search with scene name, scene number, or location; in the Filter menu, users can find the project by select Script roll/Roll creation date, and Script roll/Roll Status.

2.5.3 Search and Filter for the Shooting Schedule

On the Shooting Schedule page, the icon Search and icon Filter buttons are in the upper right corner. Search with scene name, scene number, or location; in the Filter menu, users can find the project by select different Shoot Day creation date, Shoot day Status, and Unit Crew.

2.5.4 Search and Filter for the CC Group

On the CC Group page, the icon Search and icon Filter buttons are in the upper right corner. Search with Project name or crew; in the Filter menu, users can find the collaborated project by select different Project types, Project collaboration date, and Project Status.

2.6 Sidus Cloud Service Online Icon

Except for the editing interface, the Cloud service icon is on the upper right corner of the interface.

  • When the Cloud service icon turns on as icon green, the current device is online and the Cloud service will save the lighting diagram online; Users can share the lighting diagrams;
  • When the Cloud service icon turns off as icon grey, the current device is offline and the Cloud service will not save the lighting diagram online; Users can not share the lighting diagrams.

3. The Scene Editing Interface

The Regular Project and the Agile Project use the same scene editing interface. Enter the Script roll/Roll, tap the scene to enter the scene editing interface. Users can add and mark icons. The smart system will record the added fixtures modifier and power load.

3.1 Icon Toolbar and the Fine Adjustment Tool

The icon and the fine adjustment tool are located in the lower right corner of the scene editing interface. Tap icon to open the icon toolbar. Users can select from different icon categories. Tap icon to use the fine adjustment tool.

3.1.1 Add Icon

Open the icon toolbar, enter the icon category, and tap the icon. The interface will jump back to the editing interface then tap the blank in the editing interface, the icon will be added. Tap the added icon, the icon turns on as green, users can hold to move the icon or use the fine adjustment tool to move the icon; long-press the icon to mark the icon in the pop-out menu. Check the 3.2 Icon Marking for more information.

3.1.2 Icon Categories

The Icon categories are Scene, Prop, Character, Lighting, Modifier, and Camera. The lighting category contains the Aputure Lighting list and General Lighting list. The Modifier category contains Diffusion&Softboxes, Cutters&Paterns, Bounces&Reflectors, and Others.

3.1.3 Fine Adjustment tool

Select the icon and the fine adjustment tool will appear on the canvas at the same time. Long press the fine adjustment tool to drag it. The fine adjustment tool is divided into two modes: fine adjustment position and fine adjustment angle. You can switch between these two modes by clicking the center part of the button. The default mode is fine adjust the position, click the fine adjustment tool to adjust the position of the icon. In the fine adjustment angle mode, click the fine adjustment tool to adjust the angle of the icon. Each time you click the button, the adjustment angle is 5°.

3.1.4 Icon Orientation Adjustment

Select the icon, hold the solid circle to adjust the icon orientation.

3.1.5 Box Selection Function

The box selection icon function is on the bottom right corner of the scenario editing interface. Click icon to enter box selection mode, and click the icon again to exit box selection mode.

  • Drag the box on the canvas and the icons in the box are selected. Click the blank canvas outside the box to cancel the selection; select multiple icons by directly clicking them, and cancel the selection by clicking them again;
  • Hold the box and drag to move all selected icons in the box;
  • All the icons have the layer adjustment button icon, tap the button to bring the icon to the front and tap the button icon to put it at the back. When the icons overlay in the lighting diagram, use the layer adjust button to modify the layer orders;
  • Scale-up/down slider icon_s is a general button for many icons. Select the icon, the slider will appear on the left side of the editing interface. Tap the blank to hide the slider; the default icon size is 1x; the scale range is from 0.5x to 3x; the unit on the slider are 0.5x, 1x, 2x, and 3x; the fine adjustment unit is ±0.1x; When a single icon exceeds the zoom range, it will not follow all icons to zoom;
  • The reset button icon located at the bottom of the slider is a general button for many icons. Tap the reset button to re-scale the icon to 1x;
  • All the icons have the delete button. Tap the icon to delete the selected icon;
  • click icon_l to adjust the position and angle of the selected icon.

3.2 Icon Marking

Different types of icons have different marking list.

  • Click the icon name to select it, click the view icon icon to view the marked content, click the edit icon icon to edit the name, font size and color label of the marked content; long press the selected icon name to pop up a quick modification and rename box; The icon name will be displayed together with the icon. The icon name can be moved independently. When the name and the icon exceed a certain distance, there will be a thin line connection between the icon and the name;
  • Color tag: supporting 7 kinds of color tags, red, orange, yellow, cyan, blue, purple and no tag. After adding the color tag, the dot ahead of the icon name appear as the tag color; the icon name displays in black in the default status, when selecting the icon, the icon name appear as the tag color, The icon name is also displayed as the label color;
  • After adding the color tag, users can check the tagged icons in the monitor feature. Details see 3.5.2 Monitor;
  • Special reminder: after turn on the special reminder, there will be a red flag behind the icon's name as the special reminder mark;
  • All the icons have the layer adjustment button icon, tap the button to bring the icon to the front and tap the button icon to put it at the back. When the icons overlay in the lighting diagram, use the layer adjust button to modify the layer orders;
  • All the icons have the delete button. Tap the icon to delete the selected icon;
  • Scale-up/down slider icon_s is a general button for many icons. Select the icon, the slider will appear on the left side of the editing interface. Tap the blank to hide the slider; the default icon size is 1x; the scale range is from 0.5x to 3x; the unit on the slider are 0.5x, 1x, 2x, and 3x; the fine adjustment unit is ±0.1x;

3.2.1 Scene Elements Marking

Tap to select the icon and tap the icon again to call out the marking menu.

  • Tap to select the icon, tap the icon again to call out the marking menu. Click the icon to modify the icon name and add notes;
  • Click the icon to delete the selected icon;
  • Add the "Wall" icon, select the icon then press and hold the icon to extend the length of the "Wall" icon;
  • Tap to select the "Wall" icon, tap again to call out the "Wall" icon mark menu: click the icon to copy the current wall icon; Click to flip the icon and input the value to rotate the wall icon; Click the icon to delete the selected "Wall" icon.

3.2.2 Prop Elements Marking

Select the added prop icon, tap to call out the editing menu.

  • Tap the icon then click the blank in the editing interface to add the copy of this icon and the motion path line. The motion path line is adjustable; users can add up to 9 levels of the motion path, after adding one copy, press and hold the copy to add another copy; delete one of the copy will delete the copy after it;
  • Tap the icon to edit the name and add notes for the icon;
  • Tap the icon and input the number of copies to make copies of the selected icon. Users can make a maximum of 9 icons at once.

3.2.3 Character Elements Marking

Select the added character icon, tap to call out the editing menu.

  • Tap the icon then click the blank in the editing interface to add the motion path line. The motion path line is adjustable; users can add up to 9 levels of the motion path, after adding one copy, press and hold the copy to add another copy; delete one of the copy will delete the copy after it;
  • Tap the icon to edit the name, cast number, motion and add notes for the icon;
  • Tap the icon and input the number of copies to make copies of the selected icon. Users can make a maximum of 9 icons at once.

3.2.4 Lighting Marking

Select the added lighting icon, tap to call out the editing menu.

3.2.4.1 Mark the Motion Path

Tap the icon then click the blank in the editing interface to add the motion path line. The motion path line is adjustable; users can add up to 9 levels of the motion path, after adding one copy, press and hold the copy to add another copy; delete one of the copy will delete the copy after it.

3.2.4.2 Mark the light

Tap the icon to edit the name, parameter, and add notes for the lighting icon. In the parameter part, users can add information about Ground clearance, Pitch Angle, Gel, CCT, Output, and Illumination.

  • Lighting fixtures ground clearance units are m (meter) and ft (feet);
  • Pitch angle can be depression or elevation;
  • The gel can be no gel or select from the LEE® and ROSCO® professional gel list. Users can search the gel with a name or number;
  • The CCT marking range is from 1000K to 5000K. Add the CCT value along with the fixture ability;
  • The output marking range is from 0% to 100%;
  • Illumination units are lux, Fc, and f;
  • Users can add a note for the lighting fixture.

3.2.4.3 Light Beam Marking

Tap the icon to adjust the lighting icon's light beam, angle, and source color. In the light beam menu.

  • when the switch icon is shown as icon the light fixture beam is visible in the lighting diagram; When the light switch icon is shown as icon the light beam is not visible in the lighting diagram;
  • Users can drag to adjust the light beam after adding the light beam and set it as visible; when adjusting the lighting beam icon, the pop-out window will show the beam angle, the angle unit is 1°.

3.2.4.4 Power and Rigging Marking

Tap the icon to add the power and rigging mark.

  • Lighting power types are AC Power and Battery. The statistic feature requests the power information and details to do the smart calculation. For more details check 3.4 Statistics and the Full-Screen Mode;
  • Add the Stands and Rigging information for the statistic feature to process a list for the added stands & rigging. It helps the users to statistic the amount of the stands and riggings.

3.2.4.5 Lighting Accessories Marking

Tap the icon icon to add accessories for the lighting fixture. Different fixtures have different accessories. For example, the Aputure® 300D II can add a light dome as an accessory.

Some of the lighting fixtures don't need accessories, for example, Aputure Nova P300c, this fixture doesn't have the adding accessories button.

3.2.4.6 Fixture Icons Duplication

Tap the copy button icon, input the amount numbers for copies to make duplicates for the current icon; Maximum 9 copies at once.

3.2.5 Light Modifier marking

Select the added light modifier icon, tap to call out the editing menu.

  • Tap the icon then click the blank in the editing interface to add the motion path line. The motion path line is adjustable; users can add up to 9 levels of the motion path, after adding one copy, press and hold the copy to add another copy; delete one of the copy will delete the copy after it;
  • Tap the icon to edit the name, size, and add notes for the icon;
  • Tap the Stands&Rigging button icon to add the Stands and Rigging information for the lighting modifier;
  • Tap the copy button icon input the amount numbers for copies to make duplicates for the current icon; maximum of 9 copies at once.

3.2.6 Camera Marking

Select the added camera icon, tap to call out the editing menu.

  • Tap the icon then click the blank in the editing interface to add the motion path line. The motion path line is adjustable; users can add up to 9 levels of the motion path, after adding one copy, press and hold the copy to add another copy; delete one of the copy will delete the copy after it;

  • Tap the icon to edit the name, parameter, and add notes for the icon; in the camera parameter marking, users can set the camera resolution, frame, lens, focal length, white balance, FPS, Aperture, Shutter, ISO, Shutter Angle, ND, focus type, shot design, and equipment.

3.3 Light Beam Adjustment

The light beam can represent the light status and the lighting design result. In the light beam menu, when the switch icon is shown as icon, the light fixture beam is visible in the lighting diagram. Users can drag to adjust the light beam after adding the light beam and set it as visible. When adjusting the lighting beam, the pop-out window will show the beam angle, the angle unit is 1°. For more adjustments see the 3.2.4.3 Light beam marking.

3.4 Statistics and the Full-Screen Mode

Statistic tools are the Power analysis tool and the Statistic tool. It can analyze the power smartly and give the fixture information as a list.

3.4.1 Power

To use the power analyze feature, users need to add the power info when adding the lighting icon. If skip then the power feature won't work. For more information check the 3.2.4.4 Power and Rigging Marking. The lighting fixtures are divided by the brands as Amaran, Aputure, Arri, Astera, KINO FLO, Litepanels, Mole Richardson and general fixture. Users need to add the power information manually.

  • Electric power. The default total power is showing the rated load, select safe load to check the recommended safe total power;
  • With battery. Users can check the number of fixtures that use battery or with build-in battery; the battery types are divided into A-mount, V-mount, and F-mount, user can also tap the plus mark icon to add custom battery type; tap the custom battery name again to edit the name and the amount; tap the delete icon button to delete the custom battery type;
  • Battery Build-in. Check the battery amount and adding notes.

3.4.2 Fixture Statistics

To use the statistics feature, users need to add the statistics info when adding the lighting icon. If skip then the statistic feature won't work. For more information check 3.2.4.4 Power and Rigging Marking.

  • Fixture list: check the lighting fixture amount and adding notes;
  • Modifier list: check the lighting modifier amount and adding notes;
  • Stands & Rigging list: check the stands and rigging amount and adding notes;
  • Camera list: check the camera amount and adding notes;
  • Property list: check the property amount and adding notes.

3.4.3 Wrap-Up List

Using the Wrap-up list to organize the fixture loading process. Tap the Wrap-up list button icon on the statistic page to enter the Wrap-up list. The Wrap-up process has five steps: waiting for load, loading, waiting for count, counting and finished. Users can export PDF file in each step.

3.4.3.1 New Wrap-Up List

  • Enter the Wrap-up list page and tap the plus mark at the left to start a new Wrap-up list, enter the requested information or skip to enter the all fixtures list;
  • Select to add fixtures to the Wrap-up list or tap the extra fixtures for adding more fixtures. Click confirm to generate the Wrap-up list;
  • When there are no new fixtures in the scene, tap the plus mark to add fixtures and therefore generate a Wrap-up list.

3.4.3.2 Load and Count

  • Tap the waiting for load list to enter the loading page, select the fixtures to load. The list status on the top displays as loading;
  • When finished loading, tap the Wrap-up button at the bottom of the list and fill in the information in the pop-out window to continue. The list status on the top displays as waiting for the count;
  • Select the fixtures to count, the list status on the top displays as counting;
  • When finished counting, tap the Wrap-up button at the bottom of the list and fill the information in the pop-out window to finish the Wrap-up.The list status on the top displays as finished.

3.4.3.3 Export Wrap-Up List

Users can export the Wrap-up list as PDF files during the load and count process. The export button is located on the top right corner of the page. Tap the export button icon, enter the file name to export the Wrap-up list as a PDF file.

3.4.4 Full-screen mode

Tap the icon at the down left corner of the editing, interface to hide all the editing buttons and enter the full-screen mode. Users can still move and edit the icons in the full-screen mode.

3.5 Settings and Monitor

3.5.1 Settings

Tap the settings button icon to enter the scene settings page, users can edit the elements in the current scene.

The settings button displays as grey when there is no icon in the scene:

  • All. Editable items are show/hide marks, show/hide light beam, keep original size;
  • Scene. Editable items are show/hide elements, show/hide marks, Alpha percentage;
  • Property. Editable items are show/hide elements, show/hide marks, Alpha percentage;
  • Character. Editable items are show/hide elements, show/hide marks, Alpha percentage;
  • Lighting. Editable items are show/hide elements, show/hide marks, Alpha percentage;
  • Modifier. Editable items are show/hide elements, show/hide marks, Alpha percentage;
  • Camera. Editable items are show/hide elements, show/hide marks, Alpha percentage;
  • Background image settings. Editable items are hide/open the background image, Alpha percentage.

3.5.2 Monitor

  • Tap the monitor button icon to check all the icons in the scene;
  • The monitor button icon displays as grey when there is no icon in the scene;
  • Select different icon categories to check different icons, icons with unselected categories won't appear in the list;
  • Select different tags to check different icons, icons with unselected tag or without a tag won't appear in the list, details see 3.2 Icon Marking;
  • User can select both categories and tag to filter icons. The monitor list only displays the icons that meet all the conditions.

3.6 Text

Users can add text on the lighting diagram, and adjust the text size and layout. The text button icon is located at the downright corner of the editing interface.

3.6.1 Add Text

Tap the text button icon, when the button turns to green, click the blank on the canvas to add the text box. Then type the text in, click the blank on the canvas to exit the text editing mode.

3.6.2 Editing Text

  • Select the text to edit the text size and colour, click the delete button icon to delete the added text;
  • Tap the text setting button to modify the text colour, users can choose a colour from the colour wheel and change the brightness with the slider bar; there are 12 preset colours, user can delete or add colours freely;
  • Select the text to adjust the size of the text box or move the text box.

3.7 Rehearsal

The rehearsal function is a powerful tool to display the movements of characters, cameras, props and other types of equipment in the scene blocking.

The entrance of the rehearsal function is located at the bottom of the Diagram Master™ editing interface, to enter the rehearsal editing interface, users need to tap the rehearsal button icon.

 

users won't able to access the rehearsal function when there are no multiple levels of the motion path icons in the diagram.

3.7.1 Rehearsal Editing Buttons Instruction

  1. Return to the scene editing page;
  2. Save button;
  3. The current rehearsal name;
  4. The rehearsal list;
  5. Delete current rehearsal or edit current rehearsal info;
  6. Create new rehearsal;
  7. Edit current rehearsal;
  8. Display speed control button;
  9. Previous motion button;
  10. Next motion button;
  11. Stop button;
  12. Play button.

3.7.2 Create a Rehearsal

  • When entering the rehearsal editing page, all the icons in the scene will display on the page. However, the editable contents are the icons that have multiple levels of motion path;
  • Tap the create button icon, then enter the rehearsal name and interval time, tap Confirm to create a new rehearsal;
  • The newly created rehearsal name will appear in the current rehearsal name display zone.

3.7.3 Editing the Rehearsal

  • Tap the editing button icon to show the rehearsal timeline;
  • The buttons on the up-right corner of the timeline are the reset timeline button icon, delete motion node button icon, interval time adjustment button icon, timeline adjustment button icon , and create new motion node button icon;
  • Tap to select a motion node on the timeline, the node content window will appear on the left side of the page; long-press the icon and move to the node content window to add the icon to the motion node; users can add multiple icons to one motion node;
  • Tap the interval time adjustment button to modify the interval time of two nodes;
  • Tap the timeline adjustment button to adjust the scale of the timeline among 1 second, 5 seconds and 30 seconds.

3.7.4 Display the Rehearsal

  • Tap the play button icon to play the rehearsal animation;
  • Tap the display speed control button icon to adjust the animation play speed in the range of 0.5 times to 8 times;
  • Use the previous motion button icon and the next motion button icon to check the rehearsal motion node by node;
  • When playing the rehearsal animation, tap the stop button icon to stop playing, tap the play button icon to replay the rehearsal animation.

3.7.5 Save and Apply Saved Rehearsal

  • Tap the save button icon to save the current rehearsal;
  • Tap the rehearsal list button icon, tap to select and apply the saved rehearsal to the current editing page.

3.8 Insert Scene

Insert icon button and the scene management button icon are located at the upper right corner of the editing interface.

3.8.1 Insert the Saved Lighting Diagram Scene

Tap the insert icon button to open the saved lighting diagram scene. Select the scene to insert to the current editing interface.

  • Select the saved scene from the left side of the interface;
  • Tap the scene, when it turns to green, click the "Confirm" on the upper right corner to insert the selected scene into the current scene;
  • When selecting the scene, tap the icon to preview the scene.

3.8.2 Scene Management

Tap the scene management icon button to enter the scene management menu, users can add, delete, or edit the scene info in the management menu.

  • Add a new scene. Tap the "+" button at the down right corner to add a new scene. Fill in the scene information (name, location, time, and set) to create a new scene;
  • Delete the scene. Select the scene then tap the icon to delete. The deleted scene is not able to restore;
  • Scene information. Select the scene then tap the icon to enter the Scene info menu. Users can edit the scene name, location, time, and set.

3.9 Import background image

Tap the Background image icon button to add a background image. The imported image is displayed in the center of the canvas. Only one background image can be added to a scene. Click Import form Photos, select a image in the photos as the background image; click the Import form Files , select a image file of the device as the background image. Turn on the grayscale display switch to display the background image as a grayscale image, and the elements on the canvas can get a better display. Use the zoom function to adjust the size of the background image. Click icon to delete the background image on the canvas.

  • The maximum size of imported image is 5M;
  • The background image will be compressed, which will affect the display effect of the picture.

3.10 Undo/Redo, Save, and Return

  • Undo/Redo. Undo and redo button icon icon locate on the upper right corner of the editing interface, tap the button can undo or redo the current operation;
  • Save button icon locates on the upper right corner of the editing interface, tap the button to save the current lighting diagram;
  • Return button icon locates on the upper left corner of the editing interface, tap the button to return to the Script Roll/Roll. Please save before return to the Script Roll/Roll. Unsaved operation is not able to restore.

 

4. CC Group

The CC group is for users to share the lighting diagram with crew members. The powerful Sidus Cloud service allows the users to update the collaborated project at any time with Internet access. Users need to add the crew members to the CC group before sharing.

  • On the Project page, select the CC group project then tap the icon to check the collaborated/joined project and the CC group members.

4.1 Share the Project With the CC Group

Enter the Diagram master™ interface. Select the project, tap the icon, and turn on the collaboration button.

4.2 Check the CC Group Project

Enter the Diagram Master™ workspace, tap the CC project to enter the CC group. The project types display on the top of the project as Project created or Project collaborated.

Users can only edit the created project.

4.3 Share the Project

Enter the Diagram Master™ interface, select the project then tap the icon to manage the project.

  • Project Info. Users can only edit the information of the created project. For the joined project, • users can only check and not able edit it;
  • Download to local. Users can download the lighting diagram and save it to the local;
  • Mark as completed. The "Finished" characters will display on the project;
  • Collaboration. Users can share or cancel the collaboration in the management menu;
  • Members. Check the members in this project.

4.4 Delete the Project

In the CC group interface, users can delete the project shared by themselves. Delete the project will stop the project collaboration. For the joined collaboration, users do not have permission to modify.
