Downgrading to the Free Plan
If you subscribed to Sidus Link Pro Plan only for Bluetooth control on a monthly plan, just go to the subscription page and select Sidus Link Pro Free. Your current plan will stay active until the end of your billing cycle.
If you subscribed to Sidus Link Pro Plan for Bluetooth only control on an annual plan, please submit for a full refund. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for your yearly subscription. For this reason, please enter “App no longer offers the paid features I purchased and I would like a full refund.”
Keep in mind, Apple is in control of the refunds. If they do not grant your refund, reach out to your Aputure rep and we’ll find a way to resolve it for you.
Once your subscription is refunded, you’ll be automatically downgraded to the Free Plan. If you downgrade from inside the app, your plan will change at the end of the current term.
With both of these options, keep in mind that if you have DMX fixtures, you will not be able to control them.
Be sure you don’t just cancel the plan. That will have the plan end at the current cycle, but a refund will not automatically be applied.
