[STORM CS32] DMX Settings

Open Control Settings > DMX Settings from the Menu to view and configure the fixture's DMX behavior.

DMX Status Screen

Displays the current DMX data status, DMX address, active DMX Profile, CRMX signal strength, Fan Mode, Dimming Curve, White Light Standard, Studio Mode, Output Mode, and power status.

DMX Address

Set the fixture's DMX address.

DMX Profile

Choose which DMX profile the fixture uses. Refer to the STORM CS32 DMX Chart for the channel layout of each profile.

DMX Loss Behavior

  • Hold Last Look – when DMX signal is lost, values are retained until signal is regained
  • Black Out – the light blacks out when DMX signal is lost
  • Fade to Black – the light waits 60 seconds after signal loss, then fades to black
  • Hold 2 min. & Fade Out – DMX values are retained for two minutes after signal loss, then fade out over 60 seconds

DMX Smoothing

Set the smoothness of DMX dimming: Off, Feather, Smooth, or Super Smooth.

DMX Termination

Turn termination on to help with DMX signal reflection, or off if not needed.
