Code Error Description Solution
EH.001 A-Mount protective cover not removed. Please remove the Aputure-Mount protection cover before turning on the light.
EH.002 LED Engine Overheating

The temperature of the light source is too high. The fixture's intensity will automatically reduce to protect its lifespan and the user. Please confirm that the fixture operates properly within its ambient operating temperature range.

EH.003 IC Overheating

The temperature of the IC temperature too high. The LED engine will automatically shut down to protect itself and the user. Please confirm that the fixture operates properly within its ambient operating temperature range.

EH.004 Battery Voltage is Too High/Low Replace the battery pack or switch to AC power.

Abnormal Hardware Driver Behavior

 

Unplug the AC cable, wait for 10-30 seconds, then plug it back in and power on the device to check if the fault code is cleared.

Check if the power supply voltage is stable and confirm whether a generator is used for power supply (generators may cause voltage fluctuations; it is recommended to switch to a stable mains power supply).

Confirm that the lamp head and the control box are correctly connected.

EH.007 Abnormal Bluetooth Communication Behavior The Bluetooth module is not able to communicate properly. Please contact the Service & Repair team for assistance.
EH.008 Abnormal SQ-NET Communication Behavior The SQ-NET module is not able to communicate properly. Please contact the Service & Repair team for assistance.
EH.009 Abnormal LumenRadio Communication Behavior The LumenRadio module is not able to communicate properly. Please contact the Service & Repair team for assistance.
EH.010 Fan Malfunction

The fan speed is behaving abnormally or has stopped spinning. Please manually select a new fan mode and check whether the fan is now behaving correctly.
