Powering by DC
The Nova P300c is not directly compatible with V or Gold Mount batteries, and instead has a 24-48V DC input with a 4-pin XLR connector. As a fixture with a maximum power draw of 360W, this would require up to 15A of continuous power draw at 24V or 7.5A at 48V. The power source can be anything from a large block battery that can output a compatible voltage at the required amperage, or a battery adapter or power station that delivers between 24-48V. The Aputure 2-Bay Battery Power Station will accept 2x 14.4V V or Gold Mount batteries and output 48V DC, which can then be used to power the Nova P300c and is available separately.
P300c
You can also power this light via DC 24V-48V Power from a 3-pin XLR. This can be done via our an Aputure Battery Power Station that supports 48V output, or other power stations or block batteries that are capable of outputting the same voltage.
P600c
Connect 48V 15A DC power supply equipment to supply power through the XLR interface to maintain the operation of the lamp.

Powering on the Lamp
After connecting the lamp head to an appropriate power source, connect the lamp head and control box with one of the included 5-Pin Male-to-Female XLR Head Cables or the pogo pin of the lamp head (P600c only). Press the power button on the side of the control box to turn the light on and off.

If Studio Mode is ON/Enabled, the Control Box will power ON whenever power is supplied to the lamp--pressing the Power Button is not required.
