[STORM 1000c] Firmware Update V1.2

1. Modified HSIC+ color to a universal mode.

2. Resolved issue where Brightness drops when DMX Profile 1 is controlled and crossfade transitions from 0 to 1.

3. Resolved issue where DMX parameter control changes continuously, causing occasional crashes when switching to high-speed mode.

4. Resolved issue where Hot-plugging the lamp power occasionally leads to communication failure on the RS485 interface.

5. Resolved issue where DMX fade-in/out transitions lack a smooth process when turning off the lamp. Updated the light-mixing module.

6. Resolved issue where after powering off and restarting in the DMX interface, toggling the lamp on/off would result in the lamp failing to light up."

7. Adjusted the behavior of DMX fade-in/out and smooth transition modes, which were previously inverted.

8. Resolved issue with Intermittent flickering during DMX/CRMX control via Ethernet.
