[STORM 1200x] Firmware Update V1.4

Update for the Storm 1200x that includes Auto-Patching and Auto-Configuration capabilities for Sidus Link Pro.

This update must be performed with a USB drive. The update over Sidus Link and Sidus Link Pro will be coming soon.
