[STORM 1200x] Firmware Update V1.5 - HSIC+ Profiles

Update for the Storm 1200x that includes HSIC+ Manual Control and New HSIC+ DMX Profiles

This update must be performed with a USB drive.

New updated DMX Chart is required for version 1.5. Download here.

New Features

1. Added Limited HSIC+ Manual Control Mode
2. Added new DMX Profiles 12-32: (8 bit and 16 bit)
 - CCT & xy Combo 
 - Limited CCT & RGB
 - Limited HSIC+
 - RGB
 - RGBA 
3. Adds 'Random' Strobe option to all DMX Strobe Channels

Optimizations

4. Adjusted DMX Smoothing times to be more responsive.

Bug Fixes

5. DMX Control Channel Signal Flash confirmation now responds properly when a command is received.
6. Resolved Fan Error detection and Code explanation.

NOTE: Profiles 1-12 have been updated and optimized. Please check your profiles.
