[Sidus Link Mobile] Presets

What are Presets?

Presets let you save the current lighting state of any compatible Aputure fixture, then recall it instantly later. A preset captures whatever the light is set to: CCT, color, intensity, gel, FX, every mode.

Why use Presets?

Presets are the fastest way to reuse a look across shoots. Save the warm key light you built for a coffee-shop scene and load it on a different fixture next week without re-dialing.

Saving a Preset

From the fixture control view in the Sidus Link Mobile app:

  1. Build the look you want on the fixture.
  2. Tap the Save Preset button.
  3. Name the preset so future you can find it.

Recalling a Preset

Open the Preset library, pick the saved preset, and apply it to one or more connected fixtures. Presets can be applied across multiple fixtures at once.

Sharing Presets

Presets can be shared with crew via the Creative Collaboration Group. See CC Group for the sharing flow.
