LS 600c Pro Troubleshooting

Why can't I pair my LS 600c Pro over CRMX?
The pairing process of the LS 600c Pro needs to be updated to accurately reflect the process. Currently, when enabling CRMX, the screen incorrectly says "Pairing" when in fact, it should say enabling. After this animation finishes, then hit your Link button on your transmitter.  Also, the light says to Unlink even when it is unlinked already. There are a series of UI updates we hope to be making to fix the CRMX pairing.

What optical accessories are compatible with the LS 600c Pro?

The LED chipset of the LS 600c Pro allows it to be compatible with the majority of Aputure Bowens Mount optical modifiers, such as the LS 600 Series Hyper Reflector, LS 1200 Series Hyper Reflectors, and F10 Fresnel. The LS 1200 Series Hyper Reflector (Narrow) is recommended in order to achieve the most illuminance with the LS 600c Pro. When used with the F10 Fresnel, the combination produces a wider Spot/Flood range and the same Fresnel light quality, including the ability to be effectively shaped by the F10 Barn Doors. The LS 600c Pro does not work cleanly with the Spotlight Mount, but users can achieve lighting effects with Gobos if desired.

At 5,600K, how does the output of the LS 600c Pro compare to the LS 600x Pro and LS 600d Pro?

The raw output power of the LS 600c Pro without any accessories is comparable to the LS 600x Pro, which is able to realize approximately 70% of the output potential of the LS 600d Pro. Due to the different sizes of the light emitting sources (LED Chipsets), each light will behave slightly differently with different optical modifiers, such as reflectors or Fresnels. This will result in varying beam angles and minor differences in intensities when using the same modifier. In soft light modifiers, the differences in output will be reflected based on the potential output power of each fixture.

Does the LS 600c Pro feature 16-bit DMX control?

The LS 600c Pro features both 8-bit and 16-bit DMX profiles that can be controlled via 5-Pin XLR DMX512, LumenRadio CRMX, and Art-net and sACN via an industrial-grade etherCON port.

Is the LS 600c Pro waterproof?

The malfunctions caused by water in the lamp body are not covered under the warranty.

If the fixture is used in heavy rain, it is recommended to use the tilt angle range of the lamp head as shown below:
