LS 600c Pro Configuration & Settings

Press the LIGHT MODE button on the Control Box to enter Manual Light Modes.

Press the MENU button to enter the System Menu interface. Within the System Menu you'll find the following options: 

  • Output Mode
  • DMX Mode
  • Custom FX
  • Dimming Curves
  • Fan Mode
  • Studio Mode
  • Control System
  • Language
  • Frequency Selection
  • Product Information
  • Update
  • Factory Reset
  • Battery Power Option

Output Mode

Press the MENU button to enter the menu interface, rotate the Select Wheel and short press to enter Output Mode.

Constant Output: maintain the brightness output during the process of changing the fixture's color temperature.

Max Output: perform at the maximum possible brightness output throughout the color temperature range.

DMX Mode

Press the MENU button to enter the menu interface, rotate the select wheel and short press

to enter the DMX mode.
DMX Address: Set the DMX address. Press and hold the Select Wheel

for 2 seconds to lock the DMX Address. In the locked state, the fixture cannot enter other interfaces. Press and hold SELECT for 2 seconds to unlock.

DMX Loss Behavior: Rotate the select wheel to choose Black out /fade to Black /Hold last setting/ Hold 2 min& fade Out.
1) Hold last setting -After DMX signal is lost, remember the last control setting.

2) Blackout -when the DMX signal is lost, it will be Black out.

3) Fade to Black-after DMX signal is lost, it will fade to Black in 60 seconds.
4) Hold 2 min& Fade Out -After the DMX signal is lost, keep the last control setting for two minutes, and then Fade to Black within 60 seconds.
DMX Profile: Rotate the Select Wheel, and short press to select DMX Profile.

For the fixture to listen to DMX data, the fixture must have the "DMX Mode" screen displayed.


Custom FX

Press the MENU button to enter the menu interface; rotate the Select Wheel and short press to enter the Custom FX screen.
You can choose to enter Picker FX or Music FX.
Each type can save up to 10 custom FX. "NO FX" refers to unsaved FX, and "Untitled" refers to saved FX.

Dimming Curves

Press the MENU button to enter the menu interface; rotate the Select Wheel and short press to enter the Dimming Curves. Rotate and short press the wheel to choose between exponential (Exp) or logarithmic (Log), linear (Linear) and S-Curve dimming curves.

Fan Mode

Press the MENU button to enter the menu interface; rotate the Select Wheel and short

press to enter the Fan Mode. Rotate and short press the wheel to choose between Smart, High, Medium and Silent fan mode.

* Silent: deactivates all fans and imits fixture output to 60W max.
* When overheat symbol appears on the light control interface, please follow the text underneath to adjust the Fan Mode to Smart or High. If the internal temperature of the lamp reaches the threshold that needs to be cooled, the lamp will automatically shut down due to overheating protection.


Studio Mode

Whenever the Studio Mode is "ON", the fixture powers on only when AC power is present; whenever the Studio Mode is "OFF", the fixture powers on only when the Power Switch is in the ON position and the lamp is receiving power from either AC or its DC source.

If your lamps are being used in a rigged environment, enabling Studio Mode would allowed you to power off the lamps using the AC power provided; the next day, providing power via AC again, would turn the lamps back on without a need to physically toggle the "Power" button/switch.  


Control System

LS 600c Pro has three remote control methods: Bluetooth, LumenRadio CRMX and Ethernet. Only one control mode can be used at one time.

Bluetooth

Rotate the Select Wheel and short press to enter the Bluetooth mode. When Bluetooth is "ON", the serial number is displayed below. After resetting the light's Bluetooth connection, your mobile phone or tablet will be able to connect to and control the light with Sidus Link App.

"Bluetooth" is referring to Sidus Link Mesh Bluetooth.

 

If BT Settings (Sidus Link Mesh BT) is enabled ("ON"), then CRMX is disabled ("OFF") automatically.  If CRMX is enabled ("ON"), the BT Settings (Sidus Mesh BT) are disabled ("OFF") automatically.  


CRMX

Rotate the select wheel and short press to enter the LumenRadio CRMX screen. When CRMX Status is "ON", it will continuously search for a linkable signal in the background to connect. "Unpair" will disconnect the currently established connection so that other signal transmitters can be linked.

Ethernet

Rotate the Select Wheel and short press to enter the Ethernet screen. You can set the IP manually in Manual Set IP interface.

Language

Press the MENU button to enter the menu interface; rotate the Select Wheel and short press to enter the Language settings. rotate and short press the wheel to choose English or Simplified Chinese.

Frequency Selection

Press the MENU button to enter the menu interface, and rotate the Select Wheel; short press to select Freq. Selection. Rotate the control wheel to adjust the light frequency by ±100Hz with each turn from "+0Hz" to "+2000Hz".

 Product Information

Press the MENU button to enter the menu interface; rotate the Select Wheel and short press to enter Product Information screen; you can view the FirmwareVersion and UID of the product.

Firmware Update

LS600c Pro can be updated with Sidus Link or over USB.

To update over USB:
  1. Download the firmware from the product support page at aputure.com.
  2. Copy to the root of the USB-C drive.
  3. Select Update Firmware and then "Yes"

The Firmware File should be an unzipped ".bin" file on the root of your USB-C flash drive.

To see what Firmware Version the fixture is currently using, select "Firmware Version".

Firmware update can also be done via Sidus Link app using OTA (Over the Air Technology).


Factory Reset

Press the MENU button to enter the menu interface, rotate the select wheel and short press to Factory Reset.
The factory settings default are :
Light mode: Intensity 50%, CCT 5600K;
Language: English
Fan Mode: Smart
Dimming Curve: Linear
Studio Mode: OFF
Control System: Bluetooth
DMX: Address 001, Hold Last Settings

The fixture will turn ON with an Intensity of 50% after a Factory Reset.


Battery Power Option

Press the MENU button to enter the menu interface; rotate the Select Wheel and short

press to Battery Power Option.

Wake Up Batteries: When you need to activate the lithium battery from overdischarge protection. Select the lithium battery specification 14.4V/26V and enter the Wake Up Batteries interface, confirm Activate to output 3A current in order to activate the lithium battery; After activation, check whether the lithium battery has a voltage output. If so, the activation is successful, otherwise the activation fails.

Full Battery Power: a single lithium battery needs to meet 360w continuous output (14.4V lithium battery maximum output current 30A, 26V lithium battery maximum output current 1SA), with two lithium batteries, the fixture can meet the input power requirement of 720W, and the lamp can achieve 100% illumination Output.

PRESET

Press the PRESET button to enter the Fixture Preset mode.  You can save 10 light preset effects.

Rotate the Select Wheel and short press to save/replace the preset effect from the various Light Modes. You can open/delete previously saved presets in any mode.
