How to Update the Nova Series over USB

Update Firmware via USB

Press the MENU button to enter the menu interface.
Rotate the INT Wheel to select "Update Firmware" and then select "YES" or "NO".

If a USB flash drive containing a firmware update is mounted in the USB port (located on the side of the Control Box), the screen will display an update progress. If you choose “NO”, then it will return the menu interface.

The Firmware File should be an unzipped ".bin" file on the root of your USB-C flash drive.

Firmware update can also be done via Sidus Link app using OTA (Over the Air Technology).

For the Nova P300c, Firmware versions 1.0 or 1.1 must be upgraded to 1.2 before updating to the latest version. Click here for more.
