[Sidus Four] Wi-Fi Range Issue Troubleshooting
Solutions to poor Wi-Fi Range on the Sidus Four
If you're experiencing poor Wi-Fi range on the Sidus Four, this may be due to interference from external sources. The Sidus Four currently operates on the 5 GHz Wi-Fi Channel 40. We're working on a future update to enable users to change the Wi-Fi channel directly.
In the meantime, consider using an app like WiFiMan to scan for network interference and identify less congested frequencies to reduce potential conflicts.
If interference isn’t the issue, there’s a possibility that the unit may be defective. Please contact support for further assistance.
