This document will help you to get an understanding of the basics needed to used Sidus Link Pro with both your Aputure DMX-enabled fixtures, your Aputure bluetooth-enabled fixtures, and your non-aputure DMX-enabled fixtures.
1. Multi-protocol support
Supports DMX, RDM, Art-Net, sACN, CRMX, Sidus Mesh® and other wireless lighting control protocols. Using only one smart device, you can control multiple Wi-Fi and Bluetooth lighting devices at the same time, quickly and wirelessly control the entire scene light.
Supports two-way communication and real-time control of device information: Compatible with RDM, Sidus Mesh® and other two-way communication protocols, you can view device information in real time while wirelessly controlling lighting equipment.
2. Bluetooth and Wi-Fi
Sidus Link Pro Beta App is based on Sidus Mesh® Bluetooth networking, CRMX, and Wi-Fi networking technologies, and supports mixed networking of multiple lighting devices. Multiple DMX lighting devices using Wi-Fi communication and lighting devices using Sidus Mesh® Bluetooth communication can be connected in a control scene. Compatible with Aitus’ full range of lighting equipment, and supports mainstream DMX lighting equipment on the market.

1.Sidus Link Pro Beta
Sidus Link Pro Beta is a mobile wireless lighting control solution App. Thanks to supporting DMX, RDM, Art-Net, sACN, CRMX, Sidus Mesh® and other technologies, Sidus Link Pro Beta can create a complete DMX network through Ethernet and Wi-Fi routers, whether it is a professional director or lighting engineer , stage directors, or fans of video creation, light and shadow creation, can connect lighting equipment through the Sidus Link Pro Beta App, and intelligently and wirelessly control the brightness, color temperature, color and other parameters of the lighting equipment through the App, thereby achieving a richer and more professional scene lighting control.
1.1 Multi-protocol hybrid networking
Sidus Link Pro Beta App supports DMX, RDM, Art-Net, sACN, CRMX, Sidus Mesh® and other wireless lighting control protocols, and supports mixed networking of devices using different communication protocols.
Using only one smart device, you can control multiple DMX and Bluetooth lighting devices at the same time, and quickly and wirelessly control the lighting of the entire scene.
1.2 Demonstration projects and demonstration scenarios
The demo project is a virtual project provided by Sidus Link Pro Beta App, which already has a built-in demo scene. Even if there is no connectable lighting device for the time being, users can still experience the workflow and functions of Sidus Link Pro Beta through the demonstration scene. Quickly understand and get started with the App by simulating control of different devices in the demo scene.
1.3 Multi-mode control
Sidus Link Pro Beta App supports two control modes: device mode and channel mode. In device mode, users can accurately adjust the brightness, color temperature and color of each device, and in channel mode, individual channels can be adjusted independently. Users can freely switch control modes according to on-site lighting requirements. Flexibly adapt to the lighting control needs of different scenes.
1.4 Master function
The light effect parameters configured in Sidus Link Pro Beta can be saved as CUE. Multiple CUEs can be combined into a Master to create complex light effects. It can quickly switch between various light effects, making it convenient for users to switch between multiple scenes.
1.5 Cloud services
Sidus Link Pro Beta App provides users with cloud storage services. Lighting configuration information, configuration parameters, scene presets, quick cuts and other data can be uploaded and saved to the cloud storage space, making it convenient for users to call it anytime and anywhere.
1.6 Lighting Resource Library
Sidus Link Pro Beta App has a rich lighting resource library, built-in Aputure and amaran full range of lighting equipment information, as well as DMX lighting equipment information commonly used in the industry, users can quickly configure and connect lighting equipment;
The lighting resource library has its own update system to track and update the latest lighting equipment information resources at any time and obtain the latest equipment information details;
Supports manual addition of lighting equipment configuration information, and can easily handle complex lighting configuration situations.
